Full of glitter and bling!

Two of my favorite things! I love the latest theme for the Bellariffic Friday.  I was to make a card using either bling or glitter or anything shinny.

Bella's outfit is very shinny! Her pants have green Stickles and her top is covered in red Stickles.  Trust me, it is shinny!  I also added a couple of gem stones to the sentiment (which come from the Dollar Store!).

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

Happy Third Birthday Stamping Bella!!!!!

Welcome to the Bella Birthday Bash Blop Hop sponsored by Stamping Bella! If you've just happened upon my blog, you can CLICK HERE to start from the beginning at Bloggabella.

I made this card using snowbunnybella. Her coat was paper pieced and fur was added with white puffy paint. The background was created by stamping large snowflakes with versamark ink and then adding clear embossing powder onto it. You can't see it on the photo well, but the white circle has little snowflakes on it.  The ribbon was bought at Michaels, it is just lovely.  I added a little sentiment tag onto the ribbon with twine.

Three gift certificates for $100 in Bella Bucks will be hidden along the hop, but we’re not telling you where so be sure to leave some love as you hop!!! Make sure you leave comments on every post so you have a chance to win!! The winners will be announced on Monday, December 7 at the Stamping Bella Blog. MWAH!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Now it's time to hop on over to Peggy's wonderful blog - Arftull Journey

Happy Hump Day!

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous weather today. Sunny and warm, hard to believe that it is December already, it seriously feels like late September.  Did I say Gorgeous!

Today's card was ridiculously easy to do.  I cut the ornaments with Joys of the Seasons and added a black layer for the shadow.  I added tiny gems to the top and hung the ornaments with string. I added a few pop-dots underneath the ornaments and viola, the card is done!  The ornament paper comes from the Christmas Glitter Stack by DCWV.

Thanks for looking!!

Lets change things up for today.

Big shocker here... no Holiday Day card today.  Honestly I think I am finished all the Christmas / Winter cards I need.  I have made 60 cards for the flower shops.  I think that will be enough.  I guess I can always make more cards if I need.  I have oodles more that I have waiting to post.  Today, however, I wanted to post a birthday card.

I made this card using the "Celebrations Cart".  The cupcake was cut at 2 3/4".  I added a little shadow in the back with the "blackout" feature.  The paper is from "Die Cuts with a View - Nana's Kitchen Collection - Glitter Paper Stack - 12 X 12".  It is gorgeous paper, the glitter is super shiny but it does not come off in your hands.  Love it.  The sentiment comes from 2 different stamps.

This weekend we are putting up our Christmas Tree!

In 48 hours our house will be all decked out for the Holidays! I love this time of year.  We got a new Christmas tree this year, it is 6 1/2 feet and has lots of lights on it.  I love that we are not going to have to waste hours trying to untangle the lights. whoo hoo!!!

Anyway, on the card.  I made this one using "Joy of the Season".  The house and the little tree was cut at 3 inches (I think).  The circle was cut using "Mini Monograms" cut at 4".  The scalloped border was cut using "Treading Water"  (see photo below).  I used the punch both at the bottom and at the top.

Thanks for looking everyone!

I completely CASEd this card.

This beautiful card was done by Heather Nichols from Papertrey Ink.  She used the stamp set "Teacher's Apple".   Isn't' it just beautiful. I thought the colors would be perfect for a Holiday cards for teachers.

Since I didn't have that stamp set, I improvised and used my Cricut.  I used the "Plantin Schoolbook Cartridge", the apple was cut at 2".  The card base is Kraft paper by PaperTrey Ink.  I added some white stitching and ribbon to the cards.  The sentiments come from the dollar stamps found at Michaels.

Thanks for looking and Heather thanks for the inspiration!!
